Check your PTU and make sure you have a 'new version'. Disconnect the harnesses, and check for the Green Monster - aka corrosion. I bet you have your fair share. You can eliminate the subharness by wiring directly - I recommend this if you know what you're doing, but it isn't difficult, just breaks your back. Could also be your CAS and/or spark plugs. Make sure you have NGK spark plugs. Did you run an ECU self diagnostic? Perhaps you have some trouble codes and don't know yet. Report back with findings.
